Once you have seen the video and know you love it then take a few days off and come inspect your favorite properties with me as your guide. The first video is free.

We hope to show you how this service will save you time and money. Once we have the idea of what you are looking for we will give you a proposal that will meet your specific needs. Typical video costs are between 35.00 and 50.00 per home depending on the distance we need to travel. You will also receive a credit back at closing for any money you invest in this service when you do complete your purchase if we act as your buyers agent.

When you consider that an appraisal costs around 300.00 dollars and a home inspector charges 250.00 to 500.00 then this service is a great value and it will help you to use your time and energy wisely.
